Cylinders in printing machines are supported in double row and four row cylindrical roller bearings at the floating bearing end and in single row or multi row tapered roller bearings at the locating bearing end. The bearings for this application must always be designed for maximum rigidity.
 

Zylinder in Druckmaschinen werden durch zwei- und vierreihige Zylinderrollenlager als Loslager und durch ein- oder mehrreihige Kegelrollenlager als Festlager gesichert. Allgemein gilt, dass die Lager entsprechend steif ausgelegt werden müssen.
